Beverly Place is a 73 unit, 3-story Seniors Lodge located at 4410-117 Avenue, Edmonton. The facility was constructed in 1984, is owned by Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by GEF Seniors Housing. GEF on behalf of ASHC is solicitating for an all-inclusive price to convert tubs to showers for universal access which is safer for residents. The requirements within each lodge room shall include tub to shower conversion & heat lamp timer switch upgrade in 69 standard lodge rooms. This project is to provide all labour, supervision, materials, permits and equipment necessary to complete these lodge washrooms within three (3) months of contract award. The successful contractor must possess capacity to start continuous work as soon as feasible of contract award to ensure the contract deadline does not exceed.
