Description

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality (“HRM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of SMS-SMTP Services. The municipality requires:

• A cloud-based SMTP email delivery service to relay email messages from the municipality’s SAP S/4 HANNA Tax and Revenue Management system to external Business Partners and members of the public.

• A cloud-based SMS message delivery service to send SMS messages from the municipality’s SAP S4/HANNA Tax and Revenue Management system to external Business Partners and members of the public.
