Description

This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the University to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal to undertake a Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) of a defined asset list and prepare an Opinion of Probable Cost for identified maintenance and remedial works with a draft implementation schedule for undertaking identified remedial actions and/or additional studies intended to provide further insight into possible maintenance issues.
