Description

This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking proposals for the supply and delivery of footwear (Boots) on an as if and when required basis.
This RFP is designed in the following two schedules:
Schedule A- Supply and delivery of 5-inch Boots.
Schedule B- Supply and delivery of 9-inch Boots.
Proponents can quote on individual schedules (Schedule A or Schedule B) or both schedules as applicable.

This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.

The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed two (2) times for two (2) years each time, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
