Description

With the global transformation in the payments industry, ATB’s Payments team is looking to collaborate and work with a consultant with extensive transactional payments and cards experience, to provide:
■ The Baseline: what are the core challenges and opportunities that will drive the future of payments (upcoming regulatory changes, market trends, data monetization, etc.)? The baseline will serve as a level setting foundational device for the team to build from. Must include:
● Detailed overview of the relevant regulatory and technical
environments, competition, changing consumer / business preferences, connected ecosystem (fintech, accounting systems), key
dependencies and risks.
■ The Strategy: development of a payments strategy that aligns to ATB’s 10 year strategy and ensures ATB remains competitive in the marketplace. Must include:
● Recommendations on core focus areas for near term (2023-2026) as a subset of an overarching payments strategy. Focal point for
resourcing / investment recommendations through 2026, including recommendations on strategic areas of focus on monetization,
client experience objectives. and revenue generating products and services
