Description

Battle River School Division (BRSD) has purchased the Richard Husfloen Centre from the University of Alberta with the intent to centrally locate the School Division services to one site. The project will be developed in a phased approach to align with the BRSD capital planning. The first phase will comprise of the modernization and interior renovation of the existing building, including mechanical and electrical upgrades. Minor exterior building and site improvements will also be reviewed and incorporated as required. This first phase will allow for the BRSD Administration team, Transportation Services, Administration and Information Services to be housed in one building. Subsequent phases will include modifications for the Transportation garage, a wash bay addition, new Transportation bus storage facility and a new building to house the Facility Services Department.
