The Department of National Defence (DND) 31 Canadian Brigade Group has a requirement for the supply and delivery of music equipment in support of multiple professional military bands in the Southwestern Ontario area.

Mandatory Technical Criteria 1. The bidder must have a minimum of 2 years documented experience in retail sales of musical instruments.

To demonstrate this experience, the bidder must provide details related to the history and background of their company with their bid, at the time of bid closing. 2. The bidder must demonstrate their ability to provide the volume of goods contained in bid by describing a previous project where they provided services that were similar in scope and size to this requirement. The bidder must provide their customer’s name and contact information.

Basis of Selection A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Multiple contracts will be issued, based on lowest price per item.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
