Description

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit bids from suitably qualified and experienced contractors interested in providing Architectural and Engineering Services for Keyano College. The general scope of work resulting from this RFP will include the provision of Architectural and Engineering services for New Buildings, Major Additions, Additions and Renovations and Renewal projects. The Services will vary and be defined on a project by project basis. A project may consist of one project or several similar small projects packaged together.
The Vendor will create work packages for construction tender and oversee and sign off on the construction of each project.
