Mandatory Job Scope Review Meeting:
As a condition of award of this Contract, it is mandatory
that a representative of the Tenderer attend a virtual Job
Scope Review meeting. The Tenderer is responsible for
ensuring that its representative attends and is registered
as having attended the meeting. The meeting, will be held
on January 27, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, using
Microsoft Teams. The Tenderer must be pre-registered
to attend the meeting. Please email Monique Fleming at
mofleming@nbpower.com to pre-register.
Non-Mandatory Site Conditions and Investigations Meeting:
Meeting will be held at by appointment only between January 31 and February 1, 2022. The meeting will be held at the Nepisiguit Falls Generating Station, 3024 Nepisiguit Falls Road, Nepisiguit Falls, NB, E2A 6W8. The Tenderer must be pre-register to attend a meeting. Please email Jennica Doucet at jedoucet@NBpower.com to pre-register. The Tenderer shall be responsible for providing their own PPE including boots, hard hats, safety glasses and high visibility vests.
NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19
The parties acknowledge that the obligations of each party from time to time to meet certain terms and conditions of this Contract may be impeded by the COVID-19 pandemic and related issues. The parties agree to act in good faith by making all reasonable accommodations as the circumstances of the pandemic may require and each party will exercise reasonable efforts to comply with this Contract notwithstanding the effect of the pandemic. No party will require or encourage any person acting on its
behalf to violate the terms of any public health directive or to perform any act which would place such person at a material risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus.
The successful tenderer will be required to subscribe to the Contractor Information Management System (www.isnetworld.com) as well as complete a COVID-19 Contractors Declaration prior to award of contract. For more information please see the requirements set out in the Safety Regulations of this tender.

Les parties conviennent d'agir de bonne foi en prenant toutes les mesures d'adaptation raisonnables que les circonstances de la pandémie peuvent exiger et chaque partie fera des efforts raisonnables pour se conformer au présent contrat nonobstant l'effet de la pandémie. Aucune partie n'exigera
ou n'encouragera une personne agissant en son nom à violer les termes d'une directive de la santé publique ou à accomplir un acte qui exposerait cette personne à un risque matériel de contracter la maladie à coronavirus COVID-19.
Le soumissionnaire retenu devra s'abonner au système de gestion des informations du contractant (www.isnetworld.com) et remplir une déclaration du contractant COVID-19 avant l'attribution du contrat.
