Only Construction Management Companies pre-qualified by Fraser Health for Acute or Non Acute Care Projects greater than $5M may bid on this Request for Proposals (RFP). Fraser Health will not consider a bid from a company not already been pre-qualified.

Site Visit *** Mandatory

The Authority has arranged a mandatory site visit for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals. Proponents who are submitting Proposals must have attended the mandatory site visit. The date and time of site visit(s) are as noted below:

Time: 10:00 - 11:30 Hours Local Time
Meeting Location: #101 6470 201St. Township of Langley, BC V2Y 2X4

***Due to COVID-19 and the physical distancing requirements, this site visit is limited to 1 attendee per firm.

PPE Requirements:

Bidders need to bring in their own masks and hand sanitizer. Bidders should wear masks during the site visit and use hand sanitizer on entry and exit of the building.
