Description

This Negotiated Request for Proposals (the "NRFP") is an invitation by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the "University") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for NRFP2909 Architectural Prime Consulting Services for KPU Surrey Daycare Building.

This NRFP is an invitation to prepare and submit proposals to develop the design, budget, detailed drawings, and specifications to construct a new Daycare Building at Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Surrey campus, which is located at 12666 72nd Avenue, Surrey.

Proponents shall provide the University with the services of an Architect acting in the capacity of a Prime Consultant and all engineers and Sub-Consultants necessary to complete the project work are to be Sub-contractors to the Architect, except for those specifically mentioned below, who will be engaged directly by the University, namely: Geotechnical Consultant, Environmental Consultant, Arborist Consultant and a Quantity Surveyor.
