Description

The successful bidder of this proposal will be the primary supplier of the service being proposed for the 2022 to 2024 Calendar Years and will receive a copy of a countersigned Contract with the Town of Edson proposal award being effective March 1st, 2022. Any and all increases or decreases to the prices detailed herein resulting from fluctuations in prices shall only be authorized by formal amendments to the “Contract”, upon satisfactory proof, in writing, showing that proposed changes are consistent with marketplace changes. This information is to be provided to the Parks and Facilities Maintenance Manager prior to the price change being instituted.
