HRFE Exhaust Extractors-Multiple Stations

The Tender #21-189 is for the supply and installation of engine exhaust extraction at multiple facilities. The scope of work includes supply and installation of the new exhaust extractors as indicated in Section 01 10 00 Summary of Work.  Refer also to project technical specifications.

Non-mandatory site tours for general contractors are scheduled for Wednesday, February 9, 2022. It is highly recommended that any subcontractors interested in bidding also attend. We ask that only one attendee per firm attend to limit the number of individuals at each site.
All interested parties are asked to meet promptly at each fire station as follows:
9:00 AM at 8 Cain Street, North Preston (FS #22)
10:30 AM at 17559 Highway #7, Tangier (FS #30)
11:30 AM at 26291 Highway #7, West Quoddy (FS #33)
1:00 PM at 14 Highway #336, Upper Musquodoboit (FS#39)

NOTE:  HRM may ask that attendees provide proof of Covid 19 vaccination with an accompanied valid government issued ID prior to obtaining access to the site”. HRM reserves the right to deny entry to the site if proof of vaccination is not provided upon request.
Social distancing practices will be practiced during the site tour. This includes the requirement for all individuals to wear a non-medical face mask while inside the facility.
