will be received by the undersigned no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 p.m.) on Thursday, March 31, 2022.

Bids are solicited for offsite services for a new school at Ta'talu Elementary, located at 1970 165A Street, Surrey, BC. The scope of work generally includes: Upgrade and reconstruction of offsite perimeter roads surrounding the proposed building including sidewalk, boulevard and associated utilities, which include new storm, sanitary and water mains, street lightings, and road and sewer upgrading work along a portion of 18 Avenue Southeast of the site.

Project Information Session (PIS) on Tuesday, February 08, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. via MS Teams. Please inform Deborah Gomersall  of your email address to be added to the meeting invitation two days before the PIS.

The Site Visit will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Meeting will be at the entrance to property site, located at 1970 165A Street, Surrey, BC. Allow approximately one hour for the site visit. Attendance at this meeting is strongly encouraged. During the site visit all Contractors are required to confirm existing site conditions. Claims for additional costs will not be entertained with respect to existing conditions that could have been reasonably ascertained by a detailed inspection of the site.

Due to Covid-19, all attendees at the Site Visit will be required to complete the 'Daily Health Check', abide by Covid-19 protocol, wear a mask on SD36 property, and keep appropriate distance.

The deadline for questions is Thursday, March 03, 2022, and an addendum will be issued on Thursday, March 10, 2022.
