Description

Procurement of Artifacts Management Software

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is currently deploying the CRA Enterprise DevOps Platform (CEDP). The CRA has identified the need to acquire the Artifacts Management Software licenses that will support the CEDP.

The objective of the procurement of two Artifacts Management software licenses is to be deployed for the CRA development environment and production environment for CEDP. The Artifacts Management Software licenses will include all basic functionalities around Binary artifacts management to expend the CEDP and integrate the security practices of scanning external binaries for Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) and take specified preventive actions based on the severity of the CVE into the CEDP.

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a contract with a single contractor for the delivery of Artifacts Management Software licenses.

This requirement also includes options to purchase additional quantities of the Artifacts Management Software (including maintenance and support).

The period of any resulting contract will be for three (3) years with CRA retaining the irrevocable option to extend for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods.
