The Work of this Contract includes but is not necessarily limited to installation of new windows and doors, new floor tiles throughout, new rubber sports floor in the basement, new millwork and whiteboards, and the fire rating of the existing boiler room at Pleasant Bay School, located at 456 Red River Road, Pleasant Bay, Nova Scotia

A mandatory site visit at the Place of the Work is scheduled for 11:00 AM AST on March 9, 2022 at 456 Red River Road, Pleasant Bay, Nova Scotia.
