Description

The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, overhead, transportation and all necessary incidentals to remove and replace Boilers 1, 2, and 3 at the Riverway Golf Course Clubhouse Building including but not limited to works related to mechanical, electrical, controls, structural modifications, plumbing, roofing and flashing, balancing, and commissioning.

The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from experienced and qualified mechanical contractors to complete the specified Work.

An OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on March 16, 2022 commencing at 09:30 A.M. Tenderers are requested to meet in front of the Clubhouse Building located at 9001 Bill Fox Way, Burnaby, BC V5J 5J3 and should wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and non-medical masks for the duration of the site visit. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the City requires that visitors fill out the Attachment M - COVID-19 Site Visit Questionnaire prior to attending the site visit and email to Purchasing.
