Description

The Board of Education of School District #38 (Richmond) is inviting Proposals for the design-build, delivery and installation of two (2) modular childcare facilities meeting the 2018 BC Building Code and other relevant codes and standards. One unit is to be delivered and installed at Maple Lane Elementary School (7671 Alouette Drive, Richmond) and the other delivered and installed at either Manoah Steves Elementary (10111 Fourth Avenue, Richmond) by no later than June 30, 2023.
