Notice is hereby given by First Nations Health Authority, of its intent to directly award an agreement with the following supplier to provide Dental Consulting Services and Support Services for Dental Appeal

Dr. Zaparinuk
Located in: Victoria, BC

FNHA intends to directly award a contract to Dr. Zaparinuk for the following services of up to 12 Months starting May 01, 2022 with a possibility of extension for another 24 months at the sole discretion of the FNHA.

SERVICES:

The Contractor shall provide for the following services:
a)Review digital dental radiographs and treatment plans submitted electronically (via FNHA's web-based SharePoint site) bythe FNHA Dental Therapists and authorize approved plans for delivery of service;
b)Provide consultation and advice to the FNHA Dental Therapists regarding dental treatment (including hands-on demonstrations/support;
c)Provide referrals to dentists or dental specialists when required;
d)Facilitate the dental therapist study club, including both virtual meetings as well in in person clinical experienced during bi-annual team meetings;
e)Provide consultation and advice to other members of the FNHA Oral Health Team providing oral health services;
f)Provide professional consulting advice and guidance to the FNHA representative or designate;
g)Communicate with the FNHA Representative, or designate, on matters regarding the delivery of FNHA oral health programs and services as they are currently and as they evolve;
h)Meet with the FNHA Representative, or designate, either in person or by tele-conference, as required;

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection to the attention of Telie Mathiot, by email before 4:00pm Pacific Time, April 26, 2022. The First Nations Health Authority will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration.
