Description

VIRL is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a complete review of VIRL's 39 service locations and provide a condition assessment. Proponent will also provide suggested revisions to the existing CFMP and Facilities Policy that reflect current VIRL and public library building standards, service delivery goals and options, site selection criteria, and models of ownership.
