MacEwan University leverages Atlassian products and services to support various processes including an institutional wide Help Centre, IT change management, ERP development, and project/portfolio management.

This request is for both a reseller of Atlassian cloud products and for provision of professional services as described in Section D – Scope of Work. MacEwan University currently leverages the following cloud applications: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Atlassian Access, Confluence, and various Atlassian marketplace add-on applications.
