Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) “MPSC & HCCSS Wound Care Products & HCCSS Medical Supplies 2023” is an invitation from Ontario Health (OH) on behalf of 14 Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS) and Mohawk Medbuy Plexxus Sourcing Collaborative (MPSC).

Scope of Work
Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS):
HCCSS intends to award a contract(s) to Proponent(s) who can source from multiple manufacturers to supply all Goods in scope under this RFP to support the home care sector across the province of Ontario. HCCSS reserves the right to consider split awards.

MPSC:
This RFP is seeking to award Preferred Proponent status to one or more Proponents (on a MPSC Purchaser-by-Purchaser basis). The intended primary Proponent award will be at an 80% commitment level for each wound care sub-category, though MPSC Purchasers retain the right to consider bundled awards to a Proponent who meets requirements across multiple categories. This includes the right to award the RFP to a single Proponent across all categories.
