Description

The Corporation of the District of North Vancouver (the "District") invites Offers from qualified and experienced Bidders for the excavation and removal of existing stone foundations, repair of deteriorated wood members, and the installation of new concrete foundation walls and footings and supply and installation of new electric furnace and associated electrical and mechanical upgrades at the Murdo Frazer Caretaker's Cabin in the District of North Vancouver, BC.

Mandatory Site Meeting:

A mandatory site meeting will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022 at 10:00am at:
Murdo Frazer Caretaker's Cabin
2720 Pemberton Avenue
North Vancouver, BC.

The site is an active construction site and as such Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn. Only Bidders attending the mandatory site meeting will be eligible to bid on this project. A sign-in sheet will be available at the meeting for Bidders to record their attendance.
