Description

The Village of Sayward invites proposals from consulting engineering firms for the provision of a range of consulting engineering services on a Standing Offer Agreement ("SOA") basis for a 5 year period from 2022 to 2027 with an opportunity to renew. The SOA is intended to ensure
that the Village receives high-quality, cost-effective consulting engineering services without
requiring separate procurement processes for each capital project or other consulting
engineering needs.
