Sealed Tenders properly marked as to contents and bearing the title of the Work addressed to the undersigned will be received until 11:00 A.M., local time, June 14, 2022 at the Town Office.

The Work consists generally of pulverizing, placement of approximately 2000 tonnes of hot mix asphalt, storm structure and piping, and structure adjustments.

Specifications may be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited, upon payment of FIFTY DOLLARS NON-REFUNDABLE (which includes applicable HST). NOTE: To obtain the tender documents and be registered on the bidders list please call 506-633-5000 or email mcorbett@dillon.ca . Original tender documents will be issued in hard copy via courier or in person and an electronic copy of the tender package will be provided by email. The electronic copy is issued for information purposes only while the hard
copy forms the official contract documents.

A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to the Town of Hampton in the amount of Ten (10) percent of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Bonding shall be in strict conformance with the Construction Remedies Act.

Tender Documents will be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Moncton and Fredericton.

Tenders will be opened at the Town Office as soon after the Tender Closing as possible. The Town of Hampton reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
