Description

Greenview is seeking proposals to replace and integrate a cloud-based financial, job costing, asset management, and budgeting software system(s) that can work seamlessly together. This project also includes the development of a new chart of accounts to align with accounting best practices and future growth.

The intent of this project is for a holistic software system(s) that will prioritize information connectivity and accessibility throughout the municipality and be able to integrate and work with current and future applications, modules, and/or software. It is also vital the software is user-friendly, allowing for ease of access and usability by Greenview staff and ratepayers. This project consists of the four components:
