NOTICE OF TENDER

THE CITY OF FREDERICTON

TENDER NO. T22-22
LIAN-VALCOUR PARK

Sealed envelopes marked "THE CITY OF FREDERICTON TENDER NO. T22-22 LIAN-VALCOUR PARK, will be received by the office of the Purchasing Division, City Hall, 397 Queen Street, Fredericton, NB E3B 1B5 until 3:00:00 p.m. local time Wednesday, August 10th, 2022. The Company's name and Tender Closing Date and time shall also be indicated on the envelope. Contractors shall drop off the Tenders into the tender box located in the Service Centre at City Hall. Opening of the Bids will follow immediately in
the office of the Purchasing Division and will also be streamed live.

The proposed work includes supply and placement of playground equipment, supply and placement of an asphalt court, supply and placement of a prefabricated picnic shelter and concrete foundation as specified.

Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including H.S.T.). Subject to the Contract Documents and the Supplemental Conditions, the successful bidder shall be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents.

Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that contract documents may be obtained from the New Brunswick Opportunities Network website.

The lowest or any Bid will not necessarily be accepted.
