SCOPE OF WORK
.1 This work includes, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of all supervision,labour, permits, equipment, materials, and consumables necessary to provide this building with complete and operational systems listed below, as indicated on the drawings, and described in the specifications:
.1 Fire Protection work consists of fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA 10,
fire dampers, and combination fire and smoke dampers.
.2 Plumbing work consists of plumbing and drainage piping and fixtures for the
building.
.3 Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning work consists of new VRF heat pumps,
refrigerant piping, heat recovery ventilators, fans, ductwork, heating coils, etc. to
serve the building.
1.4 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS
.1 All equipment and materials specified to conform to an applicable code and/or standard, and shall be listed and/or labelled under the provisions of such code or standard, when available.

.2 The Energy Efficiency Act (2011 and Regulations set minimum energy performance
standards for designated residential, commercial and industrial equipment offered for
sale or lease in New Brunswick. A label must be affixed to each applicable product
indicating that the product is "verified" or "certified" for energy performance in compliance with the Act and Regulations.
.3 Product description shall take precedence over product model numbers as manufacturers
may change numbers during design and tender bid periods.
.4 Reference is made in the documents to NPS which is to be understood as Nominal Pipe
Size in inches, inside or outside diameter as applicable to the piping or tubing product in
question.
.5 All references (i.e., codes and standards) shall be the latest edition.
