Description

The Ministry of Community and Social Services, Procurement and Resource Management, Employment Services, North Zone is seeking proposals from interested parties to provide a range of CEIS elements to Albertans.

This Project is for Albertans residing in Metropolitan Edmonton who meet the eligibility guidelines as set out in policy for the CEIS suite of services, specifically for each program below:
• Workshops
• Job Placement (JP)
• Workforce Development (WD)

One contract will be awarded for the delivery of the requested services.

Payment of contracted services will be on a fixed fee basis.

Services are expected to commence November 1, 2022 for a thirty six month (36) period plus three (3) month follow up services.

Proposals are to be prepared according to the Request for Proposals (RFP) - Reference Document and
Submission Package. The RFP must be obtained from the APC Tendering System.

Questions or concerns must be communicated in writing to the Contracting Manager via email (Lizane.L.Wells@gov.ab.ca) by August 16, 2022, 12:00:59 Alberta time. Questions received after this time will not be answered. Verbal responses to enquiries are not binding on any party. The Province will post all written questions and official responses on APC.

The proposal submission deadline is 12:00:59 Alberta Time, Wednesday, September 7, 2022. Proposals should be submitted to: CSS.RFP-Proposals@gov.ab.ca
