Description of Procurement:
The City is issuing a request for proposals to select a delivery partner who will collaborate with and assist The City to deliver the Green Line LRT Phase One Project. The services provided by the delivery partner will cover a broad range of commercial management, technical management, construction management, project controls, project management, cost management, schedule management, and related services. The scope of work and terms and conditions in respect of the delivery partner services are set out in the Delivery Partner Agreement. The delivery partner will be involved with the RFP process, development phase and implementation phase of the Green Line LRT Phase One Project.

The Request for Proposals documents are only available to download through The City’s Firmex Data Room for the RFP.
Process to get Data Site Access:
Prospective suppliers who are interested in participating in the RFP process are required to execute and return a confidentiality agreement in order to obtain access to the RFP documents and the Data Room that The City will use for the RFP process.
Prospective suppliers should email the Contact person with an executed copy of the confidentiality agreement (attached to this notice) to obtain access. Prospective suppliers should include the name and email address of up to 3 representatives who are to be given access to the Data Room.

Applicants Meeting:
Prospective suppliers should note that a Proponents’ Meeting will be held in-person as well as virtually on August 23, 2022. Information related to attending this meeting will only be available to prospective suppliers that have executed and submitted the confidentiality agreement.
