Description

OCRC strives to be the best government agency to work for in Ontario. To meet this objective, as an organization we must understand and respond to the employee experience. Our goal is to partner with a Vendor to issue employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and build action plans.

OCRC is seeking the provision of services from a qualified supplier to plan, execute, and consolidate results for an enterprise-wide employee engagement survey, enterprise check-in surveys, and optional pulse surveys targeting specific business areas
