SA-2022-RFI-PRINT - 1GX Print and Delivery Services

Service Alberta, the ERP enterprise service provider for the Government of Alberta (GoA), holds a master services agreement with Accenture Inc. (Accenture) to operate the GoA’s new SAP-based ERP. The scope of the Province’s agreement with Accenture does not include paper based printing and delivery services, the Province’s Print Services have been delivered by an incumbent vendor, who is responsible for data transformation, document formatting and physical printing of cheques and a variety of reports produced by 1GX. This service also includes distribution of output (i.e. mail out or email).

The Province needs to securely, accurately, efficiently and effectively produce, email, or print and mail out numerous documents generated because of business processes conducted through 1GX. The objective of this Request For Information (“RFI”) is to collect information about what is currently available in the marketplace that could meet the service requirements of the Province for the 1GX Printing Services.
Typical outputs for this service include, but are not limited to:
 MICR Encoded Cheques, with supporting single or multiple page remittance advices.
 Remittance advices supporting EFT payments, which could be emailed or directly mailed to recipient. These are single or multiple pages.

 Employee T4 statements or supplier T4A /T4A-NR , AGR-1 and T5007 Tax Slips (Statement of Benefits)

 Invoices, statements or letter outputs to the Provinces’ customers
