PHSA 9360 - Women's Health Surgical Instruments

Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority, Interior Health Authority, Northern Health Authority, Provincial Health Services Authority, Vancouver Coastal Health Authority and Island Health Authority (the “Health Authority(s)”), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Women’s Health Surgical Instruments for the Province Of British Columbia for a term of 1 year and 8 months at an estimated value of $1,160,145.00 (taxes included).

AMT Electrosurgery Inc. 16-20 Steckle Place Kitchener ON N2E 2C3

PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority(s) has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

• to ensure the continued supply of these essential [products/services] to the Health Authority(s) with stable pricing, we will direct award the above non-volume committed contract(s) until PHSA completes an upcoming competitive process for future contracts

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Sheila Ahearn, Buyer, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, September 2, 2022

PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
