Description

Intent of this tender call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete the remediation of the window to wall tie-ins located at Government Centre, 10 Main Street SW, Slave Lake, AB

Refer to contract drawings as provided for detailed Scope of Work (SOW).

Work Location- Town of Slave Lake Government Centre, 10 Main Street SW, Slave Lake, AB.

Bids shall be submitted before: 2:00 pm MST on Thursday, September 15, 2022

Bids shall contain:
1. A signed copy of the completed Bid Form.
2. A signed copy of all Addenda issued before the Bid closing date.

Bids received later than the time specified will not be accepted, regardless of the date and will be returned to bidders.

Report all discrepancies, omissions, errors, departure from building by-laws, or good practice and points considered to be of dubious intent, so that the Owner may issue clarification. The Owner will not be responsible for oral instructions.
