Description

The Project consists of the abatement and demolition of the AB Greenwell Primary School Building at 109 Hammond Road, Lake Cowichan, BC.

A non-mandatory site visit for Bidders (other trades and suppliers may attend) is scheduled at 11:00 am (Local Time) on Thursday, September 7, 2022 at the project site located at 109 Hammond Road, Lake Cowichan BC. Contractors looking to review the interior of the building are to bring full PPE.

Please pre-register for the non-mandatory site visit via email to all of the following:

No provisions will be made to visit the site or have access on any other day. The exception being, only contractors who attend the site meeting may request access for further investigation through SD 79.
