Scope of Work:

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a requirement to establish a Departmental Individual Standing Offer at the Kentville Research and Development Centre, located at 32 Main Street, Kentville, Nova Scotia, B4N 1J5. The service required is for the furnishings of all labour, material, equipment, tools, and supervision required to provide

such as installation, removal and repair on two multiplex refrigeration systems on a

Site Visit:

It is recommended that firms intending to submit an offer for this project visit the work site. A site visit will be held on

October 6 th

, 2022

at 10:00am local time at the Kentville Research and Development Centre, located at 32 Main Street, Kentville, NS, B4N 1J5.. Participants to the visit will be requested to sign an attendance form. Participants shall present themselves ten minutes before the visit scheduled start time. Please refer to article 2.6 of the RFSO for more information.

Attendance to this visit is NOT MANDATORY but Firms that do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment, although they will not be precluded from submitting an offer. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation and will be posted on BuyandSell.gc.ca
