The former Eric Cormack site consists of 3.66 acres, more or less, and is legally described as Plan NB Block 11 Lot OT (the “Lands”) as identified in Schedule 1. The Lands are located in the City of Edmonton, west of downtown, north of the North Saskatchewan River, and south of Jasper Avenue. The property is bounded by 99 Avenue to the north, 111 Street to the east, 112 Street to the west, and 98 Avenue to the south.

Alberta Social Housing Corporation (“ASHC”) is inviting offers to purchase the Lands in its current condition, including the buildings and other improvements.
