8318 - NOI PHSA 04083 - EMS 911 Real-Time Reporting Software

Notice is hereby given that BC Emergency Health Services (BCEHS), supported by the Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide an automated EMS centric 911 real-time reporting software solution for BCEHS throughout the province of BC  for a term of 5 years  at an estimated value of $1,464,587.00.

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, BCEHS has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

Due to an absence of competition for technical reasons

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Michael Schenkers, Manager, Sourcing and Contracting Management, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, November 3, 2022. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
