Description

The purpose of this RFP is to invite Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of landscape maintenance services in any or all of the following three categories, as specified in Schedule A- Scope of Services:

Parks and Facilitates (Category A)
Boulevards & Medians (Category B)
Walkways (Category C)

Proponent may submit proposals for any or all of the three categories listed above.
The RFP is conducted with the objective of maximizing benefits to the City, while offering Proponents a fair and equitable opportunity to participate. Up to two contracts will be awarded to the three categories. Should a Proponent receive the highest ranking in all three categories, the City, at its sole discretion, will determine whether to award a single contract to that Proponent on all three categories or to award two categories to that Proponent and the remaining category to the next highest ranking Proponent.
In the event each category results in a different highest-ranking Proponent, the City will determine, at its sole discretion, which two categories to be combined that will provide the best values to the City to form one contract and the remaining category as a separate contract with the highest ranking Proponent of that category.
The term of the contracts is for an initial period of three (3) years with two one-year optional extension, by mutual agreement. The targeted start dates for the services are February 15th, 2023 for the Parks & Facilities and Boulevards & Medians categories, and April 15th, 2023 for the Walkways category. Proponents should visit sites and its surroundings to become familiar with local and other conditions affecting the services.
