Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) issued by Build Nova Scotia Limited (“Build Nova Scotia”) on behalf of Cape Breton Partnership (“CBP”) is an invitation for qualified consultants to submit proposals for the Louisbourg Waterfront Visitor Experience Enhancement Strategy – Detailed Design Services project, as further described in Appendix D – RFP Particulars.
