VAROW in Alberta EOI - Valuing, Attracting and Retaining Older Workers in Alberta Grant Opportunity

Through this request for Expression of Interest (EOI) , Alberta Seniors, Community and Social Services invites Proponents with experience in developing and disseminating awareness-raising Product(s), evaluating Project impacts, effectively communicating with Alberta’s employers, and knowledge of the challenges older workers face, to submit Proposals. Proposals are intended to raise Alberta employers’ awareness of, and interest in, valuing, attracting and retaining older workers in Alberta.

This EOI involves synthesizing information from existing literature and presenting it in a format that effectively raises Alberta employers’ awareness of, and interest in, valuing, attracting and retaining older workers in Alberta.

Proponents will raise Alberta employers’ awareness of, and interest in, valuing, attracting and retaining older workers in Alberta by developing and disseminating awareness-raising Product(s) (such as videos, fact sheets, infographics, social media messages, etc.) and evaluating the Project impacts. Product(s) should be innovative, evidence-based, promote diversity and inclusion, and be culturally appropriate. Products should use plain language that is accessible to identified audience(s). Evaluation of the Project impacts must be based on evidence.
