Description

The University of Northern British Columbia (“UNBC”) is seeking proposals from vendors to provide an effective and efficient Applicant Tracking System (ATS) solution.
Currently, UNBC uses manual processes to perform talent acquisition functions. Given the significant importance of recruitment activities with approximately 1100 faculty and staff at the University,
an ATS is an important component of the University’s Talent Acquisition Strategy.

The Vendor will implement the system, provide support and maintenance of the system, train staff in the use and management of the new ATS, and offer relevant standard reports to meet the operational needs of staff.
The University will evaluate Proposals ability to meet the following:

Capability to efficiently maintain a centralized database of candidates
Ability to screen applicants by status such as seniority, eligibility, union affiliation and other methods
Ability to ask/prioritize pre-screening questions to auto-eliminate ineligible candidates
Ability to create an internal unionized recruitment process that allows for policies/procedures to be followed that are outlined in relative collective agreements
Ability to provide administrative documentation onboarding, i.e. routing tax forms
