RFP FA 2023-01-001 - Project Management Services Peavine Campus Replacement

The College has secured funding for the design, installation, and commissioning of the Peavine Campus Replacement “PCR” that has been modelled, conceptually designed, and is required to achieve Net Zero Energy Usage for the proposed campus replacement.
The total design, procurement, and construction budget for the Peavine Campus Replacement is approximately $2.65 million dollars.

Northern Lakes College has recently issued a Request for Proposal for Architecture, Design, Engineering, Contract Administration, and Commissioning for a Peavine Campus Replacement that achieves Net Zero Energy Usage for the proposed campus replacement:

This is a Request for Proposal for Owners Representative Project Management Services for the Peavine Campus Replacement “PCR” Project.
Northern Lakes College is inviting firms with demonstrated project management experience managing and completing commercial Net Zero, sustainable LEED Silver Standard projects in Northern Alberta Post-Secondary institution buildings to respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Project Management Services.
