Description

This Request for Expressions of Interest (“ RFEI”) is issued by Provincial Health Services Authority (the “ Authority”) to provide information regarding an upcoming project to be delivered at Slocan Street and 21st Avenue in East Vancouver (the “ Project”), and to invite prospective Design-Builders to engage in a market sounding exercise which is intended to inform a subsequent 2 stage (RFQ/RFP) procurement to select a Design-Builder.
The Authority acknowledges the importance of dialogue and wishes to understand the views and opinions of the market in respect of the Project, with the intent of adapting our plans for delivery of the Project accordingly.
