Description

This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of procurement for 116 Ave Roadway Rehabilitation and Geometrics Improvements.
Tender documents are anticipated to be publicly posted on or around March 20, 2023.

This project will involve underground storm infrastructure replacement, roadway and sidewalk reconstruction, pavement markings, pedestrian signal controls and landscaping from Bear Creek Bridge to 100 Street East and Westbound.

Summary of the works (including but not limited to):
• Replacement of storm infrastructure
• Concrete work – curb & gutter reconstruction, median repairs, and sidewalk replacement,
• Roadway reconstruction with full depth reclamation (FDR), asphalt paving and concrete roadway surface repairs
• Landscaping – topsoil and seeding
• Line painting
• Traffic signs
• Pedestrian signal replacement
