The City requests Proposals from experienced qualified firms to provide General Contractor Services for City Hall Annex Third Floor Renovations.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for: Date: February 22nd, 2023 Time: 1:30 pm Location: Coquitlam City Hall Annex - Commercial entrance lobby Address: Unit 301 - 3007 Glen Drive, Coquitlam (use the commercial entrance door, not the residential tower door). Limit of 1(one) representative per prospective Proponent.
