Description

This Request for Proposals (the ?RFP?) is an invitation by Saint Marys University (the ?University?) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Human Resource Information System. The University is looking to automate the complete life cycle management of Human Resources (?HR?) business processes. The University is seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS?) / cloud-based subscription model of Human Capital Management (?HCM?), which can integrate with our existing ERP.
