This contract includes but is not limited to the supply of all materials, labour, supervision, layout and equipment necessary to complete the Central Carleton Community Complex - Ventilation & Controls Systems as per drawings and RFP Documents.
Proposals will be received on behalf of the Town of Hartland until 1:30 p.m. (AST), March 28th, 2023. Bidders will submit completed Proposal Form "F" and any other document that is required to be submitted as part of this RFP. These documents are to be completed in their entirety and dropped off at the Hartland Town Hall building located at 31 Orser Street, #1, Hartland NB prior to the RFP Closing Time. It is imperative that the RFP number and RFP name be identified on the proposal submission
envelope. If it is not, then your bid will not be received. As an alternative to physically dropping off a submission package at the Hartland Town Hall building, you may submit your proposal electronically to submissioncccc@gmail.com prior to the closing date and time. You must attach completed Proposal Form "F" and any other document that is required to be submitted as part of this RFP.
Note: submissioncccc@gmail.com is a "one-way" email site, it will not be accessed until after the bid closing time.
Plans, Specifications, Tender documents, and other information must be requested from both Jim Weston and Brent Hatchard by emailing cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca. Only Contractors that formally request the Tender package from both cleeko@xplornet.ca and bhatchard@hatchard.ca are eligible to submit a Proposal. It is imperative that the RFP number and RFP name be identified in the Subject Line of the email.
Contractor's Proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal quotation. The certified cheque shall be made out to "the Town of Hartland".
A public opening of the received proposals will take place at the Town of Hartland, Town Hall building, located at 31 Orser Street, #1, Hartland NB.
The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
