Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the City of Beaumont (the “City”) to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of planning and design for the Elan School Site and Preliminary Design of TWP 505. The successful Proponent will be invited to enter contract negotiations with the City.

The consultant team will have demonstrated expertise and experience in planning, design, public engagement, engineering, transportation planning, transportation design, environmental services, land development, and project management. Prior experience with school site development and school design/construction as well as transportation design of arterial corridors is considered an asset.
