Description

This ITPQ is to identify and pre-qualify advertising firms to provide three categories of services (1) Brand and Creative, (2) Media Services, and/or (3) Social and Digital Services. Proponents may participate and pre-qualify for more than one category. The successful firms from this ITPQ will be invited to participate in a future Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) for the categories of advertising services it has been pre-qualified for.
